I met Dr. Whitney after I was admitted to Winter Haven hospital, he’s an interventional radiologists there. I was admitted due to severe pain from an IVC filter that was implanted in 93 & because all of the filter’s legs were poking through the vena cava where it was implanted. He never removed a permanent filter as old as mine yet I immediately felt comfortable once I realized he had inserted & removed100s filters as well as older ones. He’s very knowledgeable, had absolutely no complications
